We are sad to announce that on June 4, 2020, at the age of 73, Thomas Sampson of Burnside, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, John B. Sampson and Juanita Jones Sampson; his son Jessy Sampson; and his brothers, John Rick Sampson and Justice Kelley Sampson.

He is survived by : his sons, Jonathon Sampson (Johanna) and Shawn Sampson; his sister Linda Crouch; his grandchildren, Justin Sampson, Jaiden Sampson, Shawnakay Sampson and Trinity Sampson; and his friend Charles Brannon.
