He is survived by: his wife Marsha Miller Thompson; his caregiver Marsha; his children, Lisa Thompson Kapusta (Philip) of Fredericksburg, VA, Amber Thompson Rose of Florence, KY, Kevin McNeal (DeDe) of Southgate, KY and Brock McNeal (Nickie) of West Unity, OH; his grandchildren, Michael Rose, Max Colvil, Mackenzie Colvil, Taylor Baker, Chase Williams, Adley McNeal and Brody McNeal; and his sister Marilyn Rigsby (Stephen) of Butler, KY. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
