She is survived by: her husband Sam Bush of Cadiz; her children, David Bush of Kalamazoo, Jeffery Bush of Cumberland City, Brenda Bush of Grand Rapids and Julie Peterson of Cadiz; her grandchildren, Michael DeWinter, Matthew DeWinter, Amber Smith, Autumn Smith, Jeff Bush, Jr. and Erik Peterson; her great grandchildren, Alexa Smith, Natalia Torres, Myles Torres, Cameron Smith, Chance Bonilla, Anaiyah Bonilla and Raven Bush; and her siblings, Richard Bolt, Winston Bolt of Batam, Indonesia Bolt, William Bolt of Las Vegas and Ruth Ann Beaty of Round Rock.
