He was predeceased by: his parents, Aubrey Oakley and Docia Oakley (Mathis); and his sisters, Elizabeth Ann Oakley, Edna Iduma Reddick and Lawana Perez.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Cardin Oakley of Cadiz; his sons, Greg Oakley (Connie) of Cadiz and Jeff Oakley of Cadiz; his granddaughter Erin McCraw (Donnie, Jr.); and his siblings, Vance Oakley (Freda) of Cadiz, Mike Oakley of Cadiz and Bobbie Perry of Cadiz.
