He is survived by: his wife Betty Jo Bridges Cunningham of Cadiz; his children, Shearon Outland (Gayle) of Gracey, Karen Baker of Cadiz, Patti Heaton (Russell) of Princeton and David Cunningham (Janice) of Hopkinsville; his grandchildren, Jennifer Wallace (Michael), Brad Outland (Amanda), Leslie Baker, Brooke Becker (Jason), Cesiley Kirk, Caleb Heaton, Jake Heaton (Kelly), Taylor Cunningham, Bridges Cunningham and Katie Cunningham; his great grandchildren, Weston Wallace, Hayden Wallace, Case Wallace, Payton Outland, Austin Outland, Vanessa Baker, Audra Baker, Kale Noel, Kane Noel, Jillian Noel, Lily Kirk, Brody Kirk, Claire Becker, Graham Becker, Parker Heaton and Hazel Heaton; his great great grandchildren, Abriella Durham and Alden Durham; and his siblings, Glenn Cunningham (Linda) of Cadiz and Patsy Woosley (Joe) of Hopkinsville.
