She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Carter and Greek Akin Smith; her husband Carl L. Hayden; her son Larry Hayden; and her great grandchild Jordan Grace Hayden.
She is survived by: her children, Donnie Hayden (Nancy) of Bowling Green and Janice Rundle (Mike) of Paducah; her daughter-in-law Debbie Hayden of Calhoun; her grandchildren, Camille O'Connell, Brian Hayden (Kendel), Neil Hayden (Kristi) and Holly Hayden; her stepgrandchildren, Lara Bailey and Myrle Grate; and her brother Darrell Smith (JoAnn) of Owensboro. She is also survived by 4 great grandchildren; 4 step great grandchildren.
