She was predeceased by: her parents, Hulen Ratliff and Josephine Katherine Wilson Ratliff. She is survived by: her husband Charles Edward Lewis; her son Charles "Chucky" Lewis of Calhoun; and her sister Donna Allen of Owensboro. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
