George Edward Tate Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of George Edward Tate of Calvert City, Kentucky, who passed away on November 24, 2021 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his former wife Margaret McKeel Tate; and his parents, George Keahey and Lois Hooper Tate. He is survived by: his children, Caroline Tate McNeilly (Rob) and John Griff Lucas (Sherry); his grandchildren, Margaret McNeilly Thompson (John), Tate McNeilly (Carolyn), Robert McNeilly (Emily), Griff Lucas (Katy) and Ross Lucas (Natalie); his great grandchildren, Jack, Neilly, Frances, Mary Caroline Thompson, Frank, Teddy Lucas, Kate, H. R. and McKeel Lucas; his sister Martha Ann Tate Rudisill; and his wife Margie McKeel.
