With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Tammie Marie Hopkins of Calvert City, Kentucky, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her grandchildren, Jessalyn Query and Talon Morrical; and her great grandchild Neriah Query. She is survived by: her mother Elizabeth Welker Fitzhugh; her husband Henry Hopkins; her pet Millie May; her children, Mandie Scates (Rodney), Missy Morrical (Ricky), Shane Wallace and Sam Hopkins; her grandchildren, Madison McElroy (Ezra), Ally Jagers (Logan), Caleb Scates, Eli Scates, Colyn Morrical, Paxton Wallace and Grayson Wallace; and her great grandchild Walker Jagers. She is also survived by her siblings and many extended family.
