She was predeceased by: her father Floyd Parker. She is survived by: her mother Sarah Jane Woods Parker of Campbellsville; her husband Mike Campbell of Campbellsville; her daughter Tara; her son-in-law Jared Ervin of Greensburg; her sons, Dustin Shofner of Campbellsville and Jason Shofner (Megan Chase) of Greensburg; her grandchildren, Zack Ervin of Greensburg and Kiley Ervin of Greensburg; and her sisters, Shelia (Bill Wright), Susan Hughes of Russell Springs and Diana (Darren Goff). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
The family has asked that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the Greasy Creek Baptist Church Youth Fund, which can be made at the funeral home.
