She was predeceased by: her parents, Jeffie Minor Helm and Joe Helm; her daughter Monnie Helm; her grandson Anthony Helm; and her sisters, Annette Parker-Putnam and Evelyn Graham.
She is survived by: her granddaughter Ashley Sanders of Minneapolis, Minnesota; her great grandchildren, Ocean Lee Sanders and Rain Rebecca Sanders; and her sisters, Margaret Helm, Linda Christerson of Louisville, Brenda Helm of Campbellsville, Sarah Ann Root of Indianapolis and Marcia Cheatham (Louis) of Lexington. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
