Betty Jane Tungate Obituary

We are sad to announce that on February 14, 2022, at the age of 83, Betty Jane Tungate of Campbellsville, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Barnett and Sarah Margaret Perkins Barnett; her husband James "Buford" Tungate; and her sister Doris Barnett. She is survived by: her children, Diane Minor, Tim Tungate (Rhonda) and Kerry Tungate (Pam) of Campbellsville; her grandchildren, Emily Keltner (Derrick) of Campbellsville, Candace Altman (Zach) of Campbellsville, Josh Tungate (Candace) of Campbellsville, Jonathan Leigh (Haley) of Campbellsville, Alex Tungate of Beaver Dam, Maddie Tungate of Lexington and Spencer Tungate of Durham; her great grandchildren, Zak Keltner, Preslee Keltner, Kasen Altman, Isaiah Leigh and Samuel Leigh; and her brothers, Jerry Barnett (Linda) and Kenneth Barnett of Campbellsville. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.

BURIAL: Elk Horn Cemetery, EXPRESSIONS OF SYMPATHY REQUESTED TO BE DONATIONS TO THE UK BLUEGRASS HOSPICE CARE CENTER AND MAY BE MADE AT PARROTT & RAMSEY FUNERAL HOME.
