She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl "Buddy" Tungate and Fern Cox Tungate; her brother-in-law Billy Followell; her siblings, Donna Fern Marple, Betty Tungate and Danny Ray Tungate; and her grandparents, Darlis, Viola Garrett Cox, Enos and Rhoda Ellen Howell Tungate.
She is survived by: her children, Veronica Clark (George Bailey) of Campbellsville and Christopher Collins (Jessica) of North Port, Florida; her grandchildren, Victoria, Kristen, Ariana, Jaeden, Alissa and Teyla; her great grandchildren, Saydee Rose and Lyncoln Kreed; her siblings, Bucky Tungate, Boddy Lawson and Rhoda Followell; and her close friend Mark Patty. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
