Brittany Nicole Chadwell Obituary

We are sad to announce that on January 19, 2022, at the age of 30, Brittany Nicole Chadwell of Campbellsville, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her parents, David Matthew Johnson, Sr. of Elk Horn and Regina D. Burris of Campbellsville, Her; her children, Maddux Brandon Chadwell, Cali Shae Chadwell, Brian Zayn Hicks and Jett Isaac Hicks; her fiancé Brian Hicks; her brothers, David Matthew Johnson, Jr. (Amy) of Rineyville, Micheal Wayne Johnson of Campbellsville and Christopher Todd Johnson of Elk Horn; her grandparents, Linda Burris of Campbellsville, Amos and Mary Johnson of Elk Horn; and her daughter Madison Rose Chadwell. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
