With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carol Ann Donan Crawley of Campbellsville, Kentucky, who passed away on September 4, 2025 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Elbert Donan and Mary Mathis Warren Donan; and her brother Tommy Donan. She is survived by: her son Andy Bass; her daughter-in-law Kim of Campbellsville; her grandchild Ashley Osborne of Harrodsburg; her sister-in-law Betty Donan of Campbellsville; and her caregivers, BJ Perkins, Lisa McGuffin, Megan Flora, Tonya Henry, Angie Adams and Tammy Perkins.
The family has requested that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the Gideon Bible Fund or Hosparus of Green River which can be made at the funeral home.
