He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Darlene Allen Squires and David Joyce Squires of Campbellsville, Kentucky.; and his brother Richard Ray Squires. He is survived by: his wife Frances Scott Squires; his daughter Leah Nicole Squires (Ryan Christopher Hruska); his granddaughters, Rylea Nicole Hruska and Analea Ryan Hruska; and his siblings, Robert Paul Squires, Debra Joyce Fryrear and Katherine Kay Squires.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made in his honor to Hospice of Cincinnati or Shriners Hospitals for Children-Cincinnati.
