He was predeceased by: his brother Christopher Blake Gilbert; and his grandparents, Junior, Maryvene Wheeler, Harvey and Elizabeth Gilbert.
He is survived by: his parents, Elzie "Eddie" Gilbert (Misty Gibson) and Frankie Mechelle Cox (Wheeler) of Campbellsville; his sisters, Mary Amber Adams (Jack) of Tennessee and Stefany Cox of Campbellsville; his stepgrandfather Rick Taylor; his nieces and nephews, Hunter, Paxton Reynolds, Carly and Maddie Adams; and his close friend Zachery Grey. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Memorials are suggested to the Norton Children's Hospital and can be made at the funeral home.
