He is survived by: his daughters, Denise Teague of Louisville and Samantha Page of Nashville; his siblings, Christina, Bob, Dawn and John Castellano; his grandchildren, William, Skyler, Johnathan, Alyssa, Neveah, Jasmine, Joey and Kyle; and his friends, Tammy and Mary.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Lr Petty Funeral Home and Cremation Service (1765 New Columbia Rd, Campbellsville, KY 42718). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
