He is survived by: his parents, Glen Skaggs of Lebanon and Carolyn Gaskins (Noel) of Campbellsville; his children, Quentin, Gabrielle "Gabbie", Camren and Griffin Skaggs; his sister Jessica Bright (Brent) of Cincinnati; his grandmother Hilma Gay Noel; his grandchildren, Asher Skaggs, Azali Humphress and Adelaide Humphress; and his nephew Ethan Bright. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
