He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Hall-Rustin and Ray Rustin; and his daughter Donna Lee Taylor. He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Ann Marriner; his children, Richard Hall (Ann) of Newburg, Heith Hall (Connie) of Campbellsville, Kentucky., Doreen O'Hara (Joe) of Midland and Debra Hall of Grand Falls, Texas.; and his siblings, Donna Jean Jacobs and Barney Hall. He is also survived by Fifteen grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and one great great-grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked for expressions of sympathy be taken in the form of donations to Gideon Bibles and can be made at the funeral home.
