He was predeceased by : his parents, Ernest Belmont Rogers and Mayme Gaines Rogers; his wife Julia Wynemia Hayes; his daughter Teresa Hayes Rogers; and his siblings, Clay Rogers, Paul Rogers, Richard Rogers, John Shelby Rogers, Fannie Belle Sapp, Louise Buck and Cleo Fryback.
He is survived by : his grandson Jonathan Whitlow (Laura) of Brandenburg; his great grandchildren, Lauren Elstone, Taylor Elstone, Jaiden Neal, Parker Whitlow, Cooper Whitlow and Ariana Whitlow; his great great grandchildren, Link'yn Elstone and Kingston Proffitt; his sister Margaret Phillips of Campbellsville; and his close friend Ricky Bray. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 21st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home (418 Lebanon Ave, Campbellsville, KY 42718). A funeral service was held on Sunday, April 21st 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
