It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James O. Shawen of Campbellsville, Kentucky, born in Romney, West Virginia, who passed away on February 19, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Marie Richerson Shawen. He is survived by: his children, Darla Callahan, Greg Shawen of Campbellsville and Gary Shawen (Kimberly) of Somerset; his grandchildren, Brad Callahan (Renee) of Shelbyville, Hannah Shawen and Alexander Shawen of Somerset; and his great grandchildren, Shelby Callahan, Sydney Callahan and Sadie Callahan of Shelbyville. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
