She was predeceased by: her parents, Bennie Garrett and Lois Garrett (Gribbins); her husband Ray Eugene "Gene" Clements; her son Ray Jr.; and her siblings, David Garrett, Hanley Garrett, Juanita Cox and Barbara Tungate.
She is survived by: her son Eugene Clements (Kathy) of Elk Horn; her grandchildren, Chelsey Clements, Whitney Clements and Austin Clements; and her siblings, Stanley Garrett of Merrimac, Junior Garrett (Carol) of Indianapolis, Josephine Newton (Roy) of Campbellsville, Evelyn Cox (Bobby) of Campbellsville, Betty Seals (James) of Campbellsville and Connie Gribbins (George) of Campbellsville. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
