He was predeceased by: his father Michael "Mike" Milby, Jr.; his grandmother Theresa Milby; his uncle Timothy Milby; and his aunt Jill Rainwater. He is survived by: his children, C. J. Milby of Campbellsville, Javion Milby of Campbellsville and Juli-Ann Milby of Russell Springs, His; his mother Julie Marie (Rainwater); his stepfather Michael Kerns of Russell Springs, Two; his siblings, Dillan Kerns (Faith) of Columbia and Shara Milby of Campbellsville, His; his stepmother Kathy Milby; his stepsisters, Sara Bostic and Jewell Jones; his grandparents, Johnnie, Sherri Rainwater of Campbellsville, Mike Milby, Sr. of Campbellsville, Donald, Juanita Kerns of Russell Springs and Trent Waymon; his uncles, John Rainwater (Rhonda) of California and James "Squirrell" Kerns (Kim Passmore) of Russell Springs, The; and the mothers of children, Kendra Spurling, Brittany Gowdy Milby and Shayla McAllister.
