She was predeceased by: her parents, William Smith and Flora Myers Smith. She is survived by: her sisters, Mina Phillips of Campbellsville, Andrea Vineyard of Campbellsville and Amy Green (Joey) of Campbellsville; and her nieces and nephews, Edlynn Quinn (Alex) of Campbellsville, Spencer Green of Campbellsville, Andrew Green of Campbellsville, Aidan Phillips of Campbellsville, Boston Quinn of Campbellsville, Jordan Vineyard of Campbellsville, Misty Walker of Campbellsville and Jamie Vernon of Campbellsville.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked for expressions of sympathy be taken in the form of donations to Kelsi Brown Foundation and can be made at the funeral home.
