She is survived by: her children, Jeanetta Kay Smith of Campbellsville, Lou Ann Smith of Campbellsville and William Deroy Smith of Campbellsville; her stepdaughter Belinda Thompson Brent (Ron) of Horse Cave; her siblings, Robert Lee Taylor of Wisconsin, Mary Ann Smith of Campbellsville, Diane Smith of Campbellsville, Vickie Smith of Campbellsville, Cora Smith of Campbellsville and Patricia Smith of Campbellsville; her cousin Lottie Taylor; and her aunts, Lucille Swan and Doris Bridgewater. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
