He is survived by: his parents, Kevin Durham and Amy Durham; his brothers, Eli and Reece Durham; his fiancé Claire Quillen of Corbin, KY.; his grandparents, Barry, Cheryl Blakeman and James Durham (Pam); his cousins, Will, Jamie Warren, Charlotte Hicklin of Madisonville, Mike, Sandy Durham of Campbellsville, Don, Valerie Pierson of Dresher, PA, Bernie and Karen Blakeman of Bowling Green, KY; and also, Brodie and Gradie of San Diego, CA. He is also survived by aunts, uncles.
