He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Paul Clark and Mary Emma Davidson Clark; and his siblings, Marcille Blevins and Paul Clark. He is survived by: his daughters, Lorie Clark Christensen (Kevin) and Tricia Adams (Rob); his grandchildren, Christen (Chance), David (Rebecca), Dakota, Priscilla (Logan), Miranda, Grayson and Alyson; and his great grandchildren, Cambree and Codee. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
