She was predeceased by : her parents, James Garland McDonald and Lucille Graham McDonald; her husband Louis Johnson; and her brother Leonard McDonald. She is survived by : her daughter Cathy Bowen (John) of Ft. Myers, Florida; her grandchildren, Joshua Farmer, Melissa Brundage (Kris) and Eric Bowen (Jenn) of Bardstown; her brother Larry McDonald (Linda) of Concord; her niece Lee Ann Benningfield (Steve); her great-niece Emily Smith; her close friends, Clint Barnett, Lisa and Jimmy Curry; and her caregiver Lisa Caulk. She is also survived by several other nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
