Darrell Ford; her children, Howard Keith Summers, Jr. of Campbellsville, David Shawn Summers of Campbellsville, Tina Louise Stapleton of Campbellsville, Shondah Cowherd (Brian) of Campbellsville and Joshua Ford of South Carolina; her sisters, Debbie Cox (Jerry) and Nita Tucker (Johnny); her mother-in-law Betty Wilson of Campbellsville; her grandchildren, Jordan (Miranda), Austin, Cynthia, Dustin, Chris Summers, Hayley Reynolds (Payton), Kaysen Edwards, Gabriella Abell, Gage, Landon, Jaxson Ford, Addison and Bryce Cowherd; and her pet Rascal.
