She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Gaines and Lorena Russell Gaines; her husband Bernard Fain; her son Doug Fain; and her brothers, Donald Gaines and Arthur Russell Gaines.
She is survived by: her children, Brad Fain (Janiene) of Sulphur Springs and Lori Sharp of Louisville; her grandchildren, Jeananne Amaya (Carlos), Becca Stout (Justin) of Sulphur Springs, Brandon Fain (Danielle) of Ft. Worth and Timothy Sharp of Louisville; her great grandchildren, Luke Amaya, Camila Amaya, Brynna Stout and Jeter Monroe Stout; her brother David Gaines (Betty Sue) of Frankfort; and her sister-in-law Carolyn Gaines Howard of Campbellsville. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
