She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Lenuel "Pug" and Pearline Ford Smith; her granddaughter Tatem Ashley Smith; and her brother Kenneth Hartwell Smith. She is survived by: her husband Mike Smith of Campbellsville; her daughter Tammy; her son-in-law Eric Elder of Campbellsville; her great grandchildren, Channing Tungate and Rhylen Cochran (Gail Cochran) of Campbellsville; and her siblings, Lenuel Smith (Bonnie) of Campbellsville and Carolyn Larimore (Rhea) of Louisville. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
