She was predeceased by: her father Joseph Whitley; and her spouse Mel Gilbert. She is survived by: her mother Lorene Callahan Whitley of Campbellsville; her children, Brad Akridge (Regina) of Campbellsville and Lisa Blandford (Tommy) of Lebanon; her stepson Greg Gilbert (Lisa) of Brentwood; and her brother Roger Whitley (Kathy) of Campbellsville. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
