He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robie Lowe and Luvenia Wooley Lowe; his wife Betty Lowe of Merrimac; his children, Robie Lowe, Russell Wayne (Clara) of Merrimac, Lisa Garrett (Curtis) of Elk Horn and Debbie Nelson (Leon) of Campbellsville; his grandchildren, Rebecca Lowe, Betty Lowe, Matthew Lowe, Kevin Lowe, John Murphy, Emily Garrett and Jacqueline Graves (Dustin); and his siblings, David Lowe (Susie) of Franklin, Indiana, Roger Lowe, Charles E. Lowe (Ruth Owens) and Ina Catherine Lowe. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
