He was predeceased by : his parents, Ernest "Gordon" Giles and Betty Jean Giles (Bennington); and his brother Harold Giles. He is survived by : his wife Myrtle Roberson; his children, Yvonne Woodard, Joe Giles, William "Bill" Giles, Jon Giles and Myron Lowell "Buddy" Giles, II; his brothers, Robert "Bobby" Giles and Ronald "Ronnie" Giles (Nancy); and his grandchildren, Kenny, Austin, Caden, Mason, Owen, Stacey, Sam, Matthew, Trask (Brittney), Nikki Giles and Brian Woodard.
