She is survived by: her children, Ray Smith (Judy) and Jan Feese (Mitchell) of Campbellsville; her grandchildren, Dr. Jeff Smith (Kristen Smith) of Morrisville, Eric Lane (Kelly) of Campbellsville, Jennifer Toprani (Steve) of Monogahela and Kristi Inguaggiato (Jason) of Jamestown; her great grandchildren, Thomas, Madalyn Smith, Madison Lane, Josh Inguaggiato, Will, Sophia and Matthew Toprani; and her caregiver Delores Newton. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
