She is survived by: her children, Karen Sanders (John) and Barry Cox (Janie) of Campbellsville; her grandchildren, Shannon Pruyear, Savannah Sanders, Kellie Jo Lobb, Mariah Teague and Miranda Cox; her stepgrandchildren, Brandon Dudgeon and Dakota Smith; her great grandchildren, Jacob, Micheal and Jessie Pruyear; her stepgreat-granddaughters, Anna and Christine Pruyear; and her sisters, Frances Johnson of Elk Horn and Bonnie Johnson of Elk Horn. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
