She is survived by: her daughter Jade Shuffett; her siblings, Bob Phillips (Lisa) of Florida and Connie Houk; her grandchildren, Aviona JayLee Smith, Ajada Lashawn Smith and Alizaha Christine Smith; her friend George Turner; and her pet Baby. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends.
