He is survived by: his daughter Bonnie Smith Cross of Campbellsville; his grandchildren, Raymond Carl Fowler IV (Jessica) of Louisville, Rodney Joseph Tyler Cross, Rebecca Faye Cassie Cross of Lexington and Jacqueline Nicole Cross of Lexington; his great grandchildren, Raymond Carl Fowler V of Louisville, Halle Reese Cross of Campbellsville, Levi Henry Fowler of Louisville and Athena Rose Leggins of Campbellsville; and his siblings, Jimmy Dale Smith (Sandy) of Greensburg, Roger Smith of Indiana, Beulah Ann Smith of Illinois and Linda Sue Williams (Paul) of Illinois.
