She is survived by: her husband Thomas Lewis Barnett; her daughters, Stephanie Wingler (Anthony) of Alabama and Melissa Followell of Elizabethtown, Four; and her grandchildren, Brandon Wingler (Rachel), Kristen Stanley, Tyler Followell and Samantha Followell.
