He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Willie" and Goldie Faye Crum (Young); his wife Shirley Ann Crum (Duffy); his sons, Timothy Wayne Crum and Michael Paul Crum; and his siblings, John Hickman, Larry Crum, Thornton Crum, Linda Penix, Opal Melton, Norma Harrison and Joyce Henderson.
He is survived by: his son Patrick Crum of Campbellsville. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
