He is survived by: his wife Beverly Pike of Campbellsville; his son Allen Pike (Christy); his stepson Chris Newton; his grandchildren, Wade Pike (Ashley), Corey Pike (JoAnn) and Emily Pike; his stepgrandchildren, Chloe Newton, Makayla Phillips, Kaitlynn Martin (Paul) and Kody Phillips; his granddaughter Jessica Hamlett; his great grandchildren, Kinslee, Austin, Caden and Leah; his sister-in-law Johanna Pike of Campbellsville; his sister Patty; and his brother-in-law Bobby Durrett of Greensburg. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
