He is survived by: his siblings, Shelia Murphy (Steven Drury) of Bardstown and Ricky Coulter (Lillie) of Lebanon; his nieces and nephews, Jeremy Settles (Jessica), Ricky Coulter (Shamir), Donna Ethington (Brian) and Tiffany Coulter; and his brother-in-law Danny Settles. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
