He is survived by: his wife Carolee Allen (Locke); his children, Rhonda King (Mike), Eric Neal Allen (Dawn), Tyra Joseph Allen (Sarah), Nate Allen (Anna) and Morgan Allen (Alicia Thomas-Allen); his grandchildren, Alex, Nick, Ashley, Blake, Gracie Mae, Luke, Sami and Nasson; his siblings, Steve Allen (Nancy), Diane Roddy (Mike) and Mary Lou Samuels (Terry); his siblings' children, Chris, Sonja, Stephanie, Michael, Lisa, Elizabeth and Sarah; and his aunt Lano Gilbert.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Owen Funeral Home-Jeffersontown (9318 Taylorsville Rd, Louisville, KY 40299). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
