He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Edward Dicken and Susie Wolford Dicken; and his wife Carolyn Gabehart. He is survived by: his son Rongie Dicken (Nicole) of Campbellsville; his grandchild Keeley Dicken; his stepchildren, Mark Pike (Maria) of Campbellsville and Kimberly Stillwell (Raymond) of Mt. Sherman; his stepgrandsons, Joshua Tedrow, Cody Stillwell and Andrew Pike; and his brothers, Johnny Dicken, Jeff Dicken and Richard Dicken (Brenda) of Campbellsville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
