Rosa Skaggs Obituary

We are sad to announce that on January 23, 2022, at the age of 89, Rosa Skaggs of Campbellsville, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Daisy Berry Richardson and Elmer Elder Richardson; her spouse Otha Barbee Skaggs; and her brother Joe Richardson. She is survived by: her children, Steve Skaggs (Karen), Sharon Wood (George) and Debbie Skaggs of Campbellsville; her grandchildren, Tim Wood (Sarah), Jessica Lawson (Jeremy) and Kelly Lobb Harris (James Jr.); her great grandchildren, Alexia Lobb, Ashley Wilhoit and Samantha Wilhoit; and her brothers, Charles Richardson (Phyllis) of Campbellsville and Jimmy Richardson (Carlotta) of Lebanon. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
