In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Sara leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Sara may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She is survived by: her parents, Gary Siekierke of Bowling Green and Melissa Cox Siekierke of Elkhorn; her brothers, Nathan Tyler Cox of Elk Horn and Michael Sheppard of Bowling Green; and her pets, Copper and Audrey.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, November 6th 2025 from 7:30 AM to 2:00 PM at the L. R. Petty Funeral Home and Cremation Service (1765 New Columbia Rd, Campbellsville, KY 42718). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 at the Brookside Cemetery.
