She is survived by: her children, Charles Jernigan of Campbellsville, Brandon Jernigan (Shanda) of Bowling Green and Chanse Jerigan of Campbellsville; and her boyfriend Ralph Perkins of Campbellsville. She is also survived by four grandchildren.
