He was predeceased by: his parents, James "Roundy" White and Bonnie Burress; and his wife Donna Goff. He is survived by: his children, Anthony White and Ashley Judd (J. P.) of Campbellsville; his granddaughter Ava Judd of Campbellsville; his sister Trena Durham of Campbellsville; and his sibling's children, Tiffany Kelsay (Jason), Bubby Squires (Paige) and Matt Squires (Chelsea). He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
