He was predeceased by: his father Ike Bagby; his former spouse Dotty Mae Bagby; his siblings, Coy Bagby, Robert Bagby, Junior Bagby and Marie Nugent; and his granddaughters, Dottie Jo Ashby and Frankie Marie Austin.
He is survived by: his children, James Richard Bagby (Doranna) of Mannsville, Valerie Austin (Carlos) of Indiana, Melissa Bagby of Campbellsville, Three, Sonny Bagby (Faye Tungate) of Campbellsville, Three and Joyce Ann Bagby of Campbellsville, Three; and his siblings, Danny Ray Bagbyand (Wanda) of Illinois, Eva Cox of Campbellsville and Mary Price of Green County, Nine. He is also survived by Nine grandchildren, And a host of great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends.
